To Our Investors

Coin-operated laundry has always been a "dirty" and "dismal" business. The business is both "stock-less" and "mistake-free," which enables many owners to easily start shops without sufficient awareness of the hygiene standards and customer services required. The coin-operated laundry business can project a negative image as a result. Many of the owners also operate as individuals without the time or resources to respond to inquiries 24 hours a day or conduct daily cleaning and maintenance. Customers are often left helpless when confronted with problems such as machine malfunctions or coins getting stuck. The problems stem from opaque store management standards due to the poor legal environment surrounding the coin-operated laundry industry.

To reshape this environment, WASHHOUSE has continued to change the old impressions with its basic policy of basing all of its actions from the customer's point of view. We have revamped the image of the coin-operated laundry industry by adopting standardized designs and services in all of our stores, establishing 24-hour operating call centers, and being thorough in hygiene management and maintenance.
Our objective and corporate philosophy are to continue creating a coin-operated laundry needed by society and establishing a global standard for the coin-operated laundry industry.
